Password Recovery
The “Password Recovery” screen opens from the “Login” screen using the “Forgot password” link. It sends a password recovery request to your email address.
1) Form field
Email address*
Enter the email address that your user account is registered with in the system.
- The field is required (marked with
*). - Recommendation: enter the address carefully, without spaces.
2) Buttons
Cancel
Closes the dialog without sending a request.
Send
Sends a password recovery request to the entered email address.
3) What happens after you click “Send”
- If the email address is recognized by the system, you will receive a message/link with instructions to reset your password.
- You may receive an error message if the email address is invalid or not found.
4) Common issues
- Empty field: fill in Email address.
- You do not receive an email: check your Spam/Junk folder and verify that the address is entered correctly.
- Error message: verify the email address or contact your system administrator.
