Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the StitchOne website, demonstrations, free trial, and developing ERP service before incorporation of a commercial supplier.

Operator and contractual party
The current operator is Nikolay Petrov, an individual based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Address: Bulgaria, Sofia, ul. Lerin 24A, appt. 10.
StitchOne is currently a pre-incorporation project and trade name, not an incorporated company.
Until updated terms identify an incorporated supplier, references to “StitchOne”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nikolay Petrov.
Business use only
The website and ERP service are intended for businesses, professionals, and persons authorized to act for an organization.
By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the relevant organization.
No paid online contract
There is currently no paid online checkout.
Published prices, plan descriptions, product availability, and campaign descriptions are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.
Registration, a demo request, or creation of a trial account does not create a paid subscription.
Any paid commercial service will require a separate written agreement identifying the legal supplier, price, taxes, subscription term, payment conditions, and applicable service commitments.
Free trial
The standard free trial lasts one calendar month from activation. No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
The provider may extend the trial period for an individual customer at its sole discretion. An extension is not guaranteed, does not create a customer entitlement, and does not change the standard one-calendar-month trial period for other users.
Any extension is granted individually and may be subject to additional conditions or written confirmation from the provider.
Trial access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for security, abuse, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.
Accounts and access security
- You must provide accurate business and contact information.
- You are responsible for users invited to your organization and for configuring their roles.
- Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
- You must notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
- The service may require reasonable security controls, including password rules, session controls, and role restrictions.
Developing and pre-release service
The service is under active development. Features, interfaces, limits, workflows, and availability may change.
Trial, beta, demonstration, and pre-release functions may contain defects, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or breaking changes.
You are responsible for validating the suitability of the service before relying on it for critical production, payroll, legal, safety, tax, or compliance decisions.
Customer content
You retain ownership of customer content that you are entitled to upload.
You grant the operator a limited right to host, copy, process, back up, and technically transform customer content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
You must have lawful authority to upload personal data, employee data, documents, images, barcodes, and production information.
OCR and AI-assisted features
OCR, barcode recognition, automated extraction, AI answers, suggestions, and navigation assistance may be inaccurate or incomplete.
The responsible user must review results before saving them or using them for operational, payroll, compliance, safety, or business decisions.
The service does not replace professional, legal, accounting, employment, safety, or technical advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or violate another person's rights.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access, scanning, or disruption.
- Do not bypass tenant separation, permissions, usage limits, or security measures.
- Do not use the service to process unlawful, excessive, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the software without written permission, except where mandatory law permits it.
Third-party services
The service depends on infrastructure and supporting services including AWS, Google reCAPTCHA, optional Google Analytics and Ads, and Gumlet for public video delivery.
Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Their availability is not fully controlled by the operator.
Availability and support
No formal uptime commitment or service-level agreement applies unless separately agreed in writing.
The operator may perform planned or emergency maintenance and may change, suspend, or discontinue trial functionality.

Suspension, termination, and data
You may stop using the trial at any time.
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, prolonged inactivity, technical necessity, or discontinuation of the project.
After final trial expiry or termination, active customer data is normally deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Deleted data may remain in protected backups for up to 90 additional days before backup rotation removes it.
You should export any data you need before access ends.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
The operator retains rights in the website, software, interface, documentation, and original materials.
Each party should protect non-public confidential information received from the other and use it only for the relevant trial or business discussion.
Disclaimers and liability
The free, beta, trial, and pre-release service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every production process.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of production, loss caused by unverified automated output, or damage caused by customer configuration, third-party services, or unauthorized use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, or other liability protected by mandatory law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through written communication.
Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent Bulgarian courts determined under applicable procedural law, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Changes and future incorporation
These terms may be updated as the service and legal structure develop.
If an incorporated entity later becomes the supplier or operator, updated terms will identify that entity and explain when the change takes effect.
A future company does not become the paid supplier merely because it is incorporated; the applicable commercial relationship must be documented separately.
