Current legal status
StitchOne is currently a project and trade name. It is not an incorporated company and is not represented as a separate legal person.
No company registration number or VAT number is currently displayed because no StitchOne company has yet been incorporated.
Until an incorporated supplier is identified in updated legal documents, references to “StitchOne”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Nikolay Petrov.
Website purpose and commercial status
The website is intended for business users and provides information about a developing ERP service for garment manufacturers.
There is no paid online checkout. Published prices, plans, product descriptions, partner-program information, and availability statements are informational and do not constitute a binding commercial offer.
Registration, a demo request, a contact-form submission, or creation of a free trial does not create a paid subscription or paid service contract.
Any future paid service will require separate commercial terms identifying the legal supplier, the applicable fees, taxes, subscription period, and other contractual conditions.
Hosting and infrastructure
The core StitchOne infrastructure is hosted through Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.
Primary application data, backups, OCR processing, AI processing, and application logs are configured in AWS region eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany.
AWS may process limited account, billing, support, service, or security metadata under its own contractual terms and applicable international-transfer safeguards.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, software, designs, screenshots, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
No licence is granted to copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the website or software except where expressly permitted in writing or required by mandatory law.
External links and services
The website may contain links to third-party websites and may offer externally hosted public videos. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
