Implementation Partnership Program 2027

Establish digital control over one priority production workflow in 90 days

StitchOne is selecting up to three garment manufacturers for a structured implementation program focused on one clearly defined operational workflow. Selected companies receive platform access, configuration, onboarding, and implementation support for the agreed scope.

Expressions of interest are accepted until 31 March 2027. The 90-day implementation and evaluation period begins on the agreed operational start date.
No participation fee for the agreed implementation scope
One defined workflow with agreed success measures
Configuration, onboarding, and implementation support included
No automatic conversion to a paid subscription

Expression-of-interest deadline

31 March 2027

Program capacity

Up to three manufacturers

Implementation period

90 days from the operational start date

Implementation scope

One agreed priority workflow

A focused implementation—not a factory-wide system replacement

The program begins with one operational priority that can be clearly defined, implemented, and measured. The objective is to establish a verified business result before either party considers a wider implementation.

Select one priority workflow

The implementation scope is agreed according to the company’s current process, operational priorities, available team, and readiness to proceed.

Shift-end production reporting

Shorten the time between the end of a shift and the availability of a verified production report.

Illustrative success measures

  • time required to complete shift reporting
  • manual data-entry time
  • number of corrections
  • same-day availability of verified data

OCR-assisted production sheets

Convert handwritten quantities and barcode identifiers into structured data ready for verification and ERP recording.

Illustrative success measures

  • processing time per production sheet
  • manual entries avoided
  • recognition exceptions requiring review
  • time required for verification and correction

Barcode-controlled warehouse movements

Improve material identification and the recording of receipts, issues, returns, and internal movements.

Illustrative success measures

  • time required to record a movement
  • material-identification errors
  • differences between physical and recorded stock
  • time spent investigating stock movements

Planning and production visibility

Improve plan-versus-actual visibility for an agreed line, team, or production flow.

Illustrative success measures

  • time required to update the production plan
  • delay before actual output becomes visible
  • number of manually maintained files
  • reaction time when production falls behind plan

What participating companies receive

The implementation is structured around an agreed scope, clearly assigned responsibilities, and measurable operational outcomes.

  • An operational review of the selected workflow
  • A written implementation scope and agreed success measures
  • Configuration of the relevant StitchOne functionality
  • Limited import of the data required for the agreed workflow
  • Onboarding for the participating users
  • Regular implementation and progress reviews
  • Implementation support throughout the 90-day period
  • A final review of results and recommended next steps

Defined implementation boundaries

The program is not an unlimited factory-wide ERP implementation. Services outside the agreed written scope are not included automatically.

  • Migration of all historical company data
  • Unlimited bespoke development
  • Replacement of every existing business system
  • Custom integration with every external platform
  • Implementation across every department or factory location

StitchOne may operate independently or complement an existing enterprise system such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or another ERP platform.

Requirements for participating companies

A successful implementation requires clear ownership, timely decisions, and active participation from both sides.

  • One appointed internal project lead
  • Access to the agreed workflow and relevant operational documents
  • A defined group of participating users
  • Baseline information for measuring the current process
  • Regular feedback and short progress reviews
  • Timely decisions regarding configuration, testing, and operational use
The company name, testimonial, identifiable results, or public case study will be used only with the participating company’s explicit written approval.

How the program works

The process moves from an initial operational consultation to an agreed implementation, measured use, and a formal results review.

1

Initial consultation

We discuss the workflow that currently creates the greatest delay, manual effort, or management uncertainty.

2

Operational assessment

We review the current process, expected result, internal resources, data availability, and implementation readiness.

3

Written implementation scope

Both parties agree the workflow, responsibilities, success measures, required data, and implementation schedule.

4

Configuration and operational start

The agreed functionality is configured, participating users are onboarded, and the operational start date is confirmed.

5

Ninety-day implementation and evaluation

Progress is reviewed against the agreed baseline and success measures throughout the program period.

6

Results and next-step review

The company may conclude the program, continue under a separate commercial agreement, or consider a wider implementation.

The program may be suitable if

  • Production reporting still depends substantially on paper or spreadsheets
  • Operational data reaches management too late to support timely action
  • Warehouse movements require repeated manual verification
  • The company wants to validate one workflow before considering a wider ERP initiative
  • An internal project lead can be appointed
  • The operational team is prepared to participate in implementation and review

The program may not be suitable if

  • The company is conducting general software research without a current operational priority
  • No internal owner can be appointed
  • Access to the relevant workflow and documents cannot be provided
  • The expectation is unlimited customization or an unrestricted ERP rollout
  • The operational team cannot participate in testing and progress reviews

Frequently asked questions

Is there a participation fee?

No participation fee is charged for the agreed implementation scope during the 90-day program period. The scope, responsibilities, included services, and schedule are confirmed in writing before implementation begins.

Is this the same as the standard free trial?

No. The standard self-service trial lasts one calendar month. The Implementation Partnership Program is a separate, selected 90-day implementation and evaluation arrangement with an agreed operational scope and active implementation support.

Must we replace our existing ERP?

No. StitchOne may operate independently or as a garment-production layer alongside an existing enterprise ERP. The agreed implementation scope defines the ownership and exchange of relevant business data.

When does the 90-day period begin?

The 90-day period begins on the agreed operational start date, not on the date when the expression of interest is submitted.

Are the first three companies accepted automatically?

No. Up to three companies will be selected according to operational fit, implementation readiness, available program capacity, and the ability to define a measurable workflow.

What happens after the 90-day period?

There is no automatic paid conversion. The company may conclude the program, continue under a separate commercial agreement, or discuss a wider implementation.

Will our company be presented publicly?

Only with explicit written approval. No company name, testimonial, identifiable result, or public case study will be published without prior authorization.
