Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

The “Two-Factor Authentication” screen appears after you enter correct login credentials, when 2FA is enabled for your account.

The system sends a 6-digit code to your email address and requires you to enter it to complete the login.

1) Form field

Verification code*

Enter the received 6-digit code.

  • The field is required (marked with *).
  • Accepts digits only.
  • Length: exactly 6 digits.

A hint “Enter code” is shown under the field.

2) Buttons

Cancel

  • Closes the dialog and stops the login process.

Confirm

  • Becomes active when the code is valid (6 digits).
  • Confirms the code and completes the login.

3) Steps for successful confirmation

  1. Check your email for a message containing a 6-digit code.
  2. Enter the code in “Verification code”.
  3. Click “Confirm”.

4) Common issues

  • “Confirm” button is disabled: the code is missing or not 6 digits.
  • Invalid code: the code is incorrect or has expired (if time-limited).
  • You don’t receive the email: check your Spam/Junk folder and verify that your email address is correct in your profile.
  • Too many attempts: after multiple incorrect attempts, the system may temporarily limit attempts (depending on security settings).
