General Navigation (Top Bar, Left Menu, Tabs)

The system UI is organized by modules, a left navigation menu (tree), and tabs. The screenshots are illustrative—the exact menus depend on the selected module and your permissions.

1) Module selection (start screen)

After login, the Module Selector screen is typically shown (e.g. Standards, Warehouse, HR, Payroll, Production Management, Data Entry, etc.).

  • Click the desired module to enter it.
  • Only modules you have access to are displayed.

2) Top bar (Header) — always visible inside a module

The top bar contains global actions:

  • Module title (e.g. “Data Entry”) — shows which module you are working in.
  • Menu button (☰) — collapses/expands the left menu (useful on smaller screens).
  • User menu (user/tenant, e.g. admin (demo_123)) — common actions:
    • Change password
    • Logout
  • Language — dropdown to change the interface language.
  • Notifications (bell icon) — shows module-related notifications. Some notifications can open a specific screen in a tab.

3) Left navigation menu (tree)

On the left is a hierarchical menu, organized into sections (like folders), for example:

  • Master Data
  • Technologies
  • Reports
  • Exit

3.1) Expand/collapse a section

  • Click the arrow (▶/▼) next to a section to expand/collapse it.

3.2) Open a screen

  • Click a specific menu item (leaf).
  • The system opens the corresponding screen as a tab.

3.3) Highlight the current screen

  • The selected menu item is shown as active/highlighted to help orientation.

4) Tabs (working screens)

Each opened screen is displayed as a tab at the top of the workspace.

4.1) Switch between tabs

  • Click a tab to switch to it.
  • The selected tab’s content is displayed in the main work area.

4.2) Close a tab

  • Click the X on the tab to close it.

4.3) Behavior when opening a screen again

  • If you open a screen that is already open in a tab, the system typically:
    • switches to the existing tab (without creating a duplicate).

5) Exit module / logout from the system

  • In the left panel there may be an “Exit” item (exit the module and return to Module Selector).
  • From the user menu (top right) choose “Logout” to end the session and return to the login screen.
  • On logout, the system shows a confirmation dialog.

  1. Select a module.
  2. From the left panel, open the screens you need (they appear as tabs).
  3. Work in multiple tabs in parallel (e.g. “Master Data” + “Report”).
  4. When done, close tabs you no longer need.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1) “Where did the left menu go?”

Most often the left menu is collapsed.

  • Click the button in the top bar to expand it again.

2) “Why don’t I see a module in the list?”

Modules are displayed based on your access rights.

  • If a module is missing, you likely don’t have the required roles/permissions.
  • Contact an administrator to enable the needed permissions.

3) “Why don’t I see a ‘Save/Print/Export’ button?”

These buttons also depend on your permissions (e.g. write, print, export).

  • If you don’t have the required permission, the button may be hidden or disabled.

4) “How do I change the interface language?”

  • Use the language dropdown in the top bar (e.g. “Bulgarian”, “English”).
  • Translations apply immediately; open tabs update their titles.

5) “I opened a screen from the menu, but a tab already exists—what happens?”

The system usually does not open duplicates:

  • If the tab already exists, you will be switched to it.

6) “How do notifications (bell icon) work?”

  • The bell shows notifications related to the current module.
  • Clicking a notification:
    • marks it as read;
    • for some notifications, opens the related screen in a tab automatically.
  • You can also delete individual notifications.

7) “Nothing opens / the tab is empty”

Most common reasons:

  • you don’t have permissions for the screen;
  • the module/translations are still loading;
  • a temporary connection issue.

Try:

  • reload the module (Exit to Module Selector and enter the module again);
  • logout and login again;
  • if the problem continues, inform an administrator.

8) “How do I exit only the module without logging out?”

  • Use “Exit” in the left panel (if available) to return to the Module Selector.
  • For full logout use “Logout” from the user menu.
