Tenant Registration

The “Tenant Registration” screen opens as a dialog from the “Login” screen via the “Tenant registration” link. It is used to create a new tenant (company) in the system.


1) Close the dialog

  • Click X (top-right) to close the dialog without saving.

2) Required fields

Fields marked with * are required. While any required field is missing/invalid, the “Save data” button stays disabled.


3) Form fields

3.1) Tenant name*

A unique tenant identifier used when signing in.

  • Limit: up to 50 characters (a counter like 0 / 50 is shown).
  • Recommendation: use a short, clear name (e.g. a company abbreviation).

3.2) Company name*

The official legal/company name.

3.3) Postal code*

Postal code of the company address.

3.4) Phone*

Contact phone number.

3.5) Address – line 1*

Main address (street, number, district, etc.).

3.6) Address – line 2

Additional address information (optional) — e.g. entrance, floor, office, etc.

3.7) Email*

Main email for contact/administration.

  • Must be a valid email format (e.g. name@company.com).

3.8) Country*

Select a country from the dropdown (e.g. Bulgaria (BG)).

3.9) Language*

Default language for the tenant (e.g. Bulgarian (bg)).

3.10) Bulstat (BG only)

Bulstat field used when Country = BG.

  • Typically 9 digits are expected.
  • If the country is not BG, this field may not apply.

3.11) VAT number

VAT number (optional).

3.12) Non‑VAT registered company

Checkbox used when the company is not VAT registered.

Important:

  • You cannot have both a filled VAT number and the “Non‑VAT registered company” checkbox selected at the same time.

4) Consents (required)

To submit registration, you must confirm:

4.1) “I agree to the terms”

  • Click the “terms” link to read them.
  • Check the consent checkbox.

4.2) “I agree to the processing of my personal data…”

  • Click the “Privacy Policy” link to read it.
  • Check the consent checkbox (GDPR).

5) reCAPTCHA

Before saving, confirmation “I’m not a robot” (reCAPTCHA) is required.

  • Check the reCAPTCHA box and follow any additional steps if prompted.

6) Save the registration

After:

  • all required fields are correctly filled in,
  • both consents are confirmed,
  • reCAPTCHA is completed,

the “Save data” button becomes active.

  1. Click “Save data”.
  2. On success, the dialog may close automatically.

7) Common issues

  • “Save data” is disabled: check that all required fields are filled, both consents are checked, and reCAPTCHA is completed.
  • Invalid Bulstat (BG): ensure it matches the expected format (e.g. 9 digits).
  • VAT / Non‑VAT conflict: uncheck “Non‑VAT…” or clear the “VAT number” field.
  • Invalid email: enter a valid email address (format name@domain).
