The “Human Resources” module provides control and transparency over the workforce—a key factor for production capacity, quality, and on-time delivery in the apparel and textile industry.

The module covers core personnel processes, from employee selection and hiring to development and separation, through centralized records containing positions, contracts, and a history of changes and internal movements.

The system supports organizational structures by department, production line, and team, as well as roles, shifts, and work schedules aligned with production needs. Leave and absence management can include electronic requests and their reflection in work schedules.

The module provides visibility into available personnel, workload, turnover, and absences. This supports coordination between HR, production, and shift supervisors, improves capacity planning, and reduces administrative workload.
