The “Payroll and compensation” module supports the calculation and processing of employee pay, with a focus on accuracy, traceability, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. It is designed for manufacturers with different pay schemes and combines attendance, schedules, and worked-time data.

The system allows flexible salary structures by job role, category, production line, or team, together with rules for overtime, night work, public holidays, lateness, and absence. It supports different earnings and deduction components, change history, approval steps, payroll registers, payslips, and summary reports.

When corrections, policy changes, or new pay components are required, the module supports configuration and recalculation. Reports provide visibility into labor cost and efficiency while reducing manual payroll processing.
