Production planning and management

The “Production planning and management” module provides end-to-end control over all stages of the production process—from order intake to final execution. It is designed to support sewing, knitting, knitwear, cutting, and other textile manufacturers that need accurate organization of capacity, deadlines, and resources.

The system brings production lines, work centers, the production calendar, work shifts, and worker allocation plans together in one unified environment. This allows managers to plan workloads realistically by line and department, account for available capacity by day and shift, and assign jobs according to the actual capabilities of the factory.

The module supports visual planning through a graphical view of jobs, workload, and free capacity. Planned operations can be rearranged, moved, and balanced across different production lines and work centers, making it easier to react quickly when priorities, deadlines, or available resources change.
